<p>This 100% vegan cold-processed soap is colored naturally with rose kaolin clay and scented naturally with rose essential oil. The rose kaolin clay clings to impurities and draws them away from the skin. It also aids in absorbing excess oil from the skin. The subtle scent of the rose essential oil is....in a word....divine. The rich lather of oils will make any bathtime (or shower!) a luxurious experience.</p>
<p>Handmade in small batches. Variations in bars and lot releases to be expected. </p>

Payment Policy
Payment, in full, is due before any products will be set up for pick-up or shipping.
Delivery Policy
In general, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If known, longer delays or shop closures will be denoted on the website. Medford Soap Company is not responsible for delays in shipping due to shipper issues. No guarantees of delivery dates are given. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address is entered at the time of checkout.
Refund Policy
Due to the handcrafted nature of the product, we cannot guarantee that your purchased product will look exactly like the product photos on the website. Every batch will come out slightly different due to temperature, humidity and design creation to name a few factors. Each bar is unique and that is a part of the beauty and specialness of handcrafted soap.
Because of this, refunds are not offered. However, if there is a problem with your order (incorrect, damaged), please contact us, with photos, within 48 hours of delivery so that we have a chance to address any issues. An email with your complete contact information, description of the problem, order number and photos should be sent to: michelle@medfordsoap.com.
