Description
This is a great way to try more of our scents, and they make great travel options too! You will receive 4 'slices' of soap (typically range 0.8 - 1.2 oz each) and 1 sisal exfoliating pouch -- which means you'll be able to use your slice up until the very end. They are a great stocking stuffer or small gift on their own, or great to add to a bath/body/home gift set.
Since our sisal pouches sell for $4 each, and 1 bar of soap (which 4 slices approximately equal) sells for $5-8 each, this is a GREAT deal too!
The samples you receive will be random. However, if you would like to include in the order comments scents that you are really hoping to try or, really hoping to stay away from, please do. But, that is not a guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your wishes --- although, as always, we will do our absolute best.
Each sample will be labeled with the name of the soap and ingredients; so, if you like it, you'll know what to order more of (hint: save the label!)
All of our soaps are made with: olive oil, organic virgin coconut oil, distilled water, grapeseed oil, sodium hydroxide, castor oil. (Additional ingredients may include different clays, mica, fragrance oils, essential oils and other additives). If you are allergic to anything and so do not want to receive a soap with a certain ingredient, please include that in your order comments. Medford Soap Company is not responsible for any reactions --- please read all labels before using one of our products.

Fixed Rate Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $6.95 applies to your order, regardless of the number of items purchased.

In general, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If known, longer delays or shop closures will be denoted on the website. Medford Soap Company is not responsible for delays in shipping due to shipper issues. No guarantees of delivery dates are given. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address is entered at the time of checkout.
Refund Policy
Due to the handcrafted nature of the product, we cannot guarantee that your purchased product will look exactly like the product photos on the website. Every batch will come out slightly different due to temperature, humidity and design creation to name a few factors. Each bar is unique and that is a part of the beauty and specialness of handcrafted soap.
Because of this, refunds are not offered. However, if there is a problem with your order (incorrect, damaged), please contact us, with photos, within 48 hours of delivery so that we have a chance to address any issues. An email with your complete contact information, description of the problem, order number and photos should be sent to: michelle@medfordsoap.com.
