These adorable MDF pet tags are the perfect addition to your fur baby's collar or harness.
Choose from any of these colors/patterns or request your own customization.
Your chosen font will only be used for the pet's name on the front of tag.
Please note- colors and pattern placement may appear slightly different on actual tag as they are all customized/printed by hand

Payment Policy
Payment is due in full when order is placed. Orders will not be processed until payment goes through.
Shipping Structure & Policy
Shipping starts at $4.50 and will be determined by total weight and delivery distance. Free shipping on orders over $100. Most items ship in 1-2 weeks.
Refund Policy
No returns, exchanges or refunds. If item is damaged upon delivery, please email me at my.unique.touch.llc@gmail.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery to discuss replacement options.
