<p>This Father's Day gift pack includes all-natural, handmade soaps, a bamboo soap drying rack, a Father's Day postcard, a 10% coupon off a future order and is gift-packaged for direct delivery. These soaps are perfect for the dad and dad-figures in your life and will give them the skin nourishment they need. Each soap is handmade and of premium quality.</p>

<p><strong>Important note on quantities and shipping: </strong></p>
<p><strong>* For local pick-up orders, you can order as many gift packs as you would like.</strong></p>
<p><strong>* For orders being shipped, THEY MUST BE ORDERED INDIVIDUALLY </strong></p>
<p><strong> For example, if you want 2 gift packs, you need to place 2 orders, as I currently do not have a way to bulk ship them. </strong></p>
<p><strong> Each box will have a shipping label affixed to the outside of the gift pack. Therefore, I suggest having your gift pack shipped directly to the recipient. </strong></p>
<p><strong> Or, if you want multiple gift packs, that you want to hand-deliver, I recommend choosing local pick-up, if possible.</strong></p>

Payment Policy
Payment, in full, is due before any products will be set up for pick-up or shipping.
Delivery Policy
In general, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If known, longer delays or shop closures will be denoted on the website. Medford Soap Company is not responsible for delays in shipping due to shipper issues. No guarantees of delivery dates are given. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address is entered at the time of checkout.
Refund Policy
Due to the handcrafted nature of the product, we cannot guarantee that your purchased product will look exactly like the product photos on the website. Every batch will come out slightly different due to temperature, humidity and design creation to name a few factors. Each bar is unique and that is a part of the beauty and specialness of handcrafted soap.
Because of this, refunds are not offered. However, if there is a problem with your order (incorrect, damaged), please contact us, with photos, within 48 hours of delivery so that we have a chance to address any issues. An email with your complete contact information, description of the problem, order number and photos should be sent to: michelle@medfordsoap.com.
