For your first purchase, we suggest our 'starter set' which gives you a 6 oz solid dish soap in a reusable ceramic ramekin. You also will be getting a scrub brush with a bamboo wooden handle and natural sisal bristles. When you use up your first solid dish soap (which could take 4-5 months!), you can order one of our refills (no ramekin); or another ramekin-filled dish.
You won't believe the lather you get and how well this soaps cleans your dishes, pots, pans and sink. The money you will be saving and the amount of plastic you will prevent being used are added bonuses!

In general, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If known, longer delays or shop closures will be denoted on the website. Medford Soap Company is not responsible for delays in shipping due to shipper issues. No guarantees of delivery dates are given. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address is entered at the time of checkout.
Refund Policy
Due to the handcrafted nature of the product, we cannot guarantee that your purchased product will look exactly like the product photos on the website. Every batch will come out slightly different due to temperature, humidity and design creation to name a few factors. Each bar is unique and that is a part of the beauty and specialness of handcrafted soap.
Because of this, refunds are not offered. However, if there is a problem with your order (incorrect, damaged), please contact us, with photos, within 48 hours of delivery so that we have a chance to address any issues.
