<p>Welcome in the cozy Fall Season, Halloween and Thanksgiving with our wax melts are made with a non-toxic coconut wax. Coconut wax gives a very uniform color and has excellent cold and hot throw (how strong it smells when it is either cold or hot). Coconut wax is also more sustainable than soy wax. </p>
<p>Medford Soap Company only uses high-quality ingredients, and we think you will fall in love with each of our wax melt scents. Warning: these scents may cause you to drop everything and cozy up on your couch with your favorite blanket and hot beverage.</p>

<p>WARNING: To prevent fire or injury: remove packaging before use. Use only in tea-light warmers or UL-listed electric warmers approved for wax melts. Read and follow all instructions provided with your warmer before use. Do NOT leave melter unattended while in use. Keep out of reach of children and pets.</p>
<p>INSTRUCTIONS: Do NOT add water. Do NOT melt on stove top or in non-approved appliances. Use only in well-ventilated areas away from flammable materials. Discontinue use if dish contains less than 1/2 inch of wax.</p>

Payment, in full, is due before any products will be set up for pick-up or shipping.
Delivery Policy
In general, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If known, longer delays or shop closures will be denoted on the website. Medford Soap Company is not responsible for delays in shipping due to shipper issues. No guarantees of delivery dates are given. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address is entered at the time of checkout.
Refund Policy
Due to the handcrafted nature of the product, we cannot guarantee that your purchased product will look exactly like the product photos on the website. Every batch will come out slightly different due to temperature, humidity and design creation to name a few factors. Each bar is unique and that is a part of the beauty and specialness of handcrafted soap.
Because of this, refunds are not offered. However, if there is a problem with your order (incorrect, damaged), please contact us, with photos, within 48 hours of delivery so that we have a chance to address any issues. An email with your complete contact information, description of the problem, order number and photos should be sent to: michelle@medfordsoap.com.
